This template will display a header advising the reader that the page contains information from a previous tale, and categorizes that article onto Category:Unconfirmed.
It is possible to place a number at the end of the tag to force change the tale the information has been obtained from, for example {{t4|3}} will display tale 3 instead of tale 4.
Alternatively, a small symbol of a 5 in a triangle can be placed on a page where most information has been verified in Tale 5, but one or two bits have not, such as the requirements of a skill above that anyone has achieved. To do this, type {{5}} before the information. This will give you:
