At the time of writing the Plugin I use is not yet listed on the 'Public' list, and I am not sure it will show up. Seba 08:19, 18 January 2009 (EST)

Introduction

This is a guide in which will help players install a browser plugin in which will allow them to search directly from their browser and find information on the wiki.

Supported Browsers

This works for the following browsers (can people confirm it works for them please?)

  • Firefox 2+
    • Confirmed
  • Internet Explorer 7+
    • Confirmed
  • Google Chrome

The Plugin

Their may be differences in how to install the plugin for each browser supported. For this reason players may need to insert data into the below areas.

  • There was no distinct difference in how I installed it into IE7. It works exactly in the same manner as the searchplugins.net site detects the browser it is creating an addin for. AnarchyRising 21:06, 27 January 2009 (EST)
Always search the website to ensure the Plugin Seba made is not listed as Public, this will make it easier for everyone. searchplugins.net

Internet Explorer 7+

Verified to work with IE7 on Vista x64 using the information provided by the instructions above. AnarchyRising 16:05, 26 January 2009 (EST)

Google Chrome

Not known if it will work, try using Firefox 2+.
