Sinai Projects will in most cases provide you with all needed Raeli Tiles, and can help you with making of your own Cistern and Pipe Segment. Currently we have in stock...
NOTE: This is not necessarily how much we need, just a stock of what we have.

Upgrading the cistern
A newly constructed pump has a cistern that holds 100,000 water. It can be upgraded in increments of 100,000.
