The cistern currently holds 500k - to increase the cistern capacity, we need:

Raise the Pump Mats

The pump height is currently 150 feet - no plans to raise it higher at the moment!

Raise the Towers Mats

The original height was based on the pump at 100 feet. The pump has been raised to 150 feet.
All towers on the main line and herb tower line are raised.
