I'm skeptical about the need to include a column for Honey flavor on this page. In my experience Honey flavor is based entirely on the honey that is added, not on the action of the yeast. If yeasts created Honey flavor, we'd expect to see some of it in malt-only or wheat-only beers, but it has always been zero in those I've brewed. -- Hekatef

UPDATE: Just now I brewed a beer using only burnt & dark malt, yet it had a small amount of honey flavor! Fascinating. Will investigate further and try to figure out what happened. -- Hekatef
