You only need to build a 7 cubit obelisk until it is your turn in the queue. This Obelisk can be disassembled and your materials returned.

Height requirements for 11cu up were increased 1cu from original posting due to Ten building out of order. Previous obi passed more than 1 Egyptian week prior to Ten building, indicating a breakdown in que so don't blame them!!
(Please bear in mind that an Egyptian Week is about 2.5 real days and that not everyone plays in the same timezone as you.)
How about a rule, that you lose your place in line if you haven't built your obi in 2 days after the previous pass? --Lisimba
Sounds good to me, 1 Egypt week that is. I have been ready to build since before Krae built his. Looking at the editing history, when Ten was added to the queue, Jaree was removed completely from the list and Atropos, myself and murtha had the size increased. I have changed both myself and murtha's size back to be inline with the current progression and everyone else's along with them. - Tribisha
I have moved Atropos down the list one, as it reached their turn to build and it is still showing as "Getting Materials" plus they have no been online for over 6 days (updated: now over 11 days absent). Rather than deleting them from the list altogether, I think it's better to keep pushing them down the queue. - Tribisha
